Over-the-top entertainment, an ultramodern food bazaar, a private 10-course molecular dining experience at Chef’s Table, and 80’s Band Berlin featuring Terri Nunn is just a taste of what will be found on the West end of South Coast Plaza.
This New Year’s Eve, food will be literally flying off the edible walls as well as the live appetizer-adorned Geisha. Beginning at 9PM, AnQi at South Coast Plaza welcomes party-goers with champagne rain poured by aerialists, an interactive molecular station, a Liquid Nitrogen ice cream exhibit, a rickshaw of noodles and dumplings, a library of sushi, decadent dessert art, and their Breakfast Bar 2012 along with a host of other culinary and sensory delights. Endless champagne and food are included although additional alcohol is purchased at guest’s discretion. An a la carte dinner is also available from 5 – 7:30 p.m.
